$25 includes single item diagnostics and 1 plug replacement (2 if gloves or socks)
$5 per additional plug needed
We DO NOT replace the push button on heated clothing for brands that use them as a built-in temperature controller. However, we are able to bypass of the button. Please contact us first to learn more about this repair option.

REPAIR PROCESS - HOW IT WORKS
When you place an order, we will contact you by phone to perform a quick diagnostic to ensure we can repair the product. Once we confirm the item is repairable and provide an estimated cost, we will give you the address to ship your item.
When the item is shipped to our Repair Center, be sure to include the following inside the package:
o Name
o Phone #
o Email
o Return Address
o Brief Description of the Issue - if you are sending multiple items, please be sure to include the specific issue for each item
When the item is received, we will do a complete inspection. If other issues are found, we will contact you before the repair to inform you of the issues and advise of any additional cost.
Once the item is repaired, we will contact you to process the repair and return shipping costs. If your item can not be repaired, we will contact you to see if you want the item back.
TURNAROUND TIME & SHIPPING
Diagnostics & repairs are completed within 3-5 business days once the product is received. The cost of round trip shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please provide us with tracking information once you ship your item.
We are not liable for items lost or stolen while in transit to us. If something happens to your package, you must settle any shipping claims with the shipping carrier directly.
WARRANTY ON REPAIRS
All Heated 4 U repairs are warrantied for 1 year.
